I waited far too long to give it a proper wash and wax.

Lookin' good! Whats your wash and wax regimen and what products do you generally prefer? I'm still perfecting the routine for my new GTI and love to hear all the different combos of products haha.

y'know, I've had that Rokblokz sticker sitting in my trunk for a while now. Now I have a good idea of where to put it.
Edit: I love this car in blue. It's impossible to find, and that's why I've got a Tuxedo Black instead..
Double super edit: I just removed the Focus badge on mine too. Looks so much cleaner.

Here's what I do:
Three bucket wash (Rinse, Soap, Wheels each have separate buckets.)
Do the wheels first with what ever product you like
Spray whole car with water to get excess surface dirt/grime off
Spray whole car with a foam cannon to get it sudsy, let it sit for a minute or two and rinse
Spray whole car a second time with foam cannon, handwash with sheepskin mitt, carefully rinsing after every panel.
Rinse entire car, use beading method to dry, then leaf blower, then microfibers to get the rest out of door jambs and stuff.
Now your car is clean, wax optional.

How do you go about removing badges? I've been thinking about taking my Focus badge off. Definitely agree on how much cleaner it looks.

I used a hair dryer and then a credit card to gently pry it off. I then saturated the remaining adhesive with solvent and pulled it off.

Kinda sorta related. Why haven't we heard of anyone shoehorning the Focus ST engine into the Fiesta?

You can often "cut" the adhesive under the badge with dental floss

Good question. That would be terrifying.

I went with dental floss, WD-40 (or goo-gone) and some spray wax to clean up. got the whole badge with floss, and then used the wd40 for adhesive removal. finished with a bunch of quick detailer
